Frequently asked questions
Does it actually send a request?
Yes. It fires the pixel from your browser, so a real request reaches the server and a test conversion may be recorded. Use a test click id when validating.
What does “request sent - no image loaded” mean?
The request was dispatched, but the browser could not load an image back. That is normal when the endpoint returns JSON, a redirect or an empty 200 instead of an image - the event was still sent. It can also indicate the pixel was blocked or the URL is wrong.
